No Kidding

Some college football stadiums - like the University of Kansas - are requiring parents to purchase a ticket for their infants (link).

Now I feel differently about this gesture.

It's true. At our favorite Bryant-Denny Stadium, ALL living, breathing human beings entering the stadium MUST have a ticket.

This has prevented me from seeing a few ballgames in person. I just attended what will probably be my last for a couple of years (because of baby #5 upcoming arrival.)

Same goes for basketball games although they have actually "let" us in without a ticket for baby on days when the game was not sold out. I had to play dumb, "OH? I can't bring her in without a ticket? (pout)"
